Puppet For Film Animation Workshop on festival Anifest 2010
We are pleased to inform you that we take part in 9th International Festival of Animated Films - Anifest 2010.
Festival will take place this year from May 18 – 23 in Teplice, Czech republic.
Because of the rich tradition in this country and a high level of interest from former students. Anifest desided to offer the exclusive practical workshop on making puppets for film animation. Participants will have the unique opportunity to meet us - puppet designers – Mirek Trejtnar and Zdar Šorm - that will explain them techniques of designing and making a stop motion puppet film (including the unique technology of the Czech armature). During one-day workshop it´s participants will be led to design, produce and animate the puppet as well as to make the test film.
The Workshop will be held on the 19 th of May.
The participation fee is 60 Eur / 1500 CZK
and includes accomodation and festival professional accreditation enabling the participants to enter all festival events. (Participation fee does not cover travel expenses or per-diems)
