A dragon is BORN!
Mirek finished another dragon marionette, which was made for the Belgian puppet company "Bétième Montois de Messines from Mons.

Film made by students IN ANIMATION PUPPET WORKSHOP
Eight students from our May workshop created the film "Captured," and it is an amazing example of how much can happen in 90 seconds.

Mirek and Zdar led a puppet workshop at Anifest, a leading European film festival. We worked with interesting students from around the world. What a fun job!

Anifest Festival and our workshop
During our one-day workshop participants will design, produce and animate film puppets as well as make test films. "Participants will have the unique opportunity to meet professional film-puppet designers – Mirek Trejtnar and Zdar Šorm."

Updates about summer 2010 workshops
Due to demand we are adding a marionette carving workshop from 13. to 26. August 2010. This workshop will replace Animation 3, which was supposed to take place in August 2010.
We also published data for new animation workshop January 2011.

Singapore Master class
Three of us had been invited to lead Master class in TischAsia. We spend wonderfull time with teachers, students and with our friends in hot and busy Singapore.
Our January workshop, Puppet for animation, has finished!
Prague is under 30 cm of new snow. But we made nice puppets and we managed to meet many creative professionals. We also visited mix of films from Avatar to Panique au village and exhibition about history of czech animated films.
