Marie and Pavel, who have worked extensively with Alena Vorlová, have one of the most impressive private puppet collections of their own which they exhibit all over the country. Marie is a scene designer and artist who teaches at the Janacek Academy of Performing Arts in Brno. Her husband, Pavel, is an author and documentary film director and a leading expert in puppet history who teaches at Masaryk University in Brno.
