Puppet Circus Comes to Town

Come to our PUPPET CIRCUS!

Every year, students in our August Marionette Carving and Performance Workshop bring their freshly carved puppets to audiences in Prague.

This year, we are performing a funny, enchanting, breathtaking show at the Letni Letna New Circus and Theatre Festival, one of Prague's most popular and magical summer festivals. Plus this year we are performing for the first time at the Teatrum Kuks festival, a festival of Baroque theatre and music in the gorgeous town of Kuks. And our dress rehearsal takes place in the Heroldovy sady park as part of the Vzlet Theatre program.

All of our shows are outdoors and FREE.

The show was directed by Peter Varga from the acclaimed Lokvar Puppet Company. Puppets were made with the guidance of Mirek Trejtnar by: Victoria Haslam, Ian Danner, Susie Boeselt, Jesper Kurt-Nielson, Julia Cowitt, Kahbia Sada, Marta de Sola, Caden Healander, Hollie Glossop.
