You can still sign up for our Automata Workshop, where you learn the secrets of bringing sculptures to life!
We launched the workshop on September 15 with a FREE Intro session. Students learned to make several Simple Mechanisms - automata that can be made with a minimum of tools and materials.
For the next six months, students will continue to learn many different mechanisms and techniques for how to design and build them. They will construct prototypes, experimenting with movement, and then at the end create their own final project.
